Peter F. As Founder and Managing Partner of Arsenal Capital Management (also known as Arsenal Capital Partners), Peter leads a firm recognized for its disciplined, long-term approach to building high-growth, technology-rich companies at the intersection of healthcare and advanced industrial systems.

Peter’s investment strategy centers on transformative medical technologies and next-generation healthcare platforms. Under his leadership, Arsenal has intentionally deployed capital into companies that address critical unmet needs in patient safety, device performance, and healthcare efficiency. One prominent example is Ideate Medical, where Arsenal is supporting the development of a breakthrough low-temperature terminal sterilization system for flexible endoscopes. This technology has the potential to materially improve patient safety by enabling true terminal sterilization — a long-standing challenge in endoscope reprocessing and infection prevention.

Before founding Arsenal, Peter built his early career in public accounting and investment advisory roles, where he developed deep expertise in financial analysis, risk evaluation, and deal structuring. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting), became a Certified Public Accountant, and later transitioned into investment roles that shaped his disciplined, evidence-driven approach to building and scaling companies.
