His career reflects a consistent record of transforming complex technologies into safe, scalable, and profitable medical solutions that advance patient care and provider efficiency.

Over the past two decades, Bill has led the development of numerous endoscope reprocessing units and sterilization systems for one of the world’s foremost providers of low-temperature sterilization technology. His leadership in product design, validation, and quality systems integration has been instrumental in advancing industry standards for infection prevention and device safety. Under his direction, these programs consistently met stringent regulatory milestones while achieving commercial success across multiple international markets.

Prior to his executive leadership role, Bill managed large-scale product development and capital projects for several global medical technology companies.
